A limited edition of 20 pieces ‘Hummingbird’ (this being No. 12) was released in 2001 from his own studio by William Manson (Snr). He had previously produced two other ‘Hummingbird’ designs for Caithness, CT-1015 in 1993 and CT-1083 in 1994.
A clear crystal weight of standard spherical shape cut to stand upright with a large central viewing facet and smaller star cut rear containing an intricately detailed lamp-worked hummingbird hovering in front of an open flower with a dark blue background. A WM signature cane is included at the right hand base of green shrubbery. The base is freehand diamond point inscribed William Manson SNR 2001 12/20
