A very heavy free blown blue and orange swirl glass vase of undetermined age (c1930 ?) possibly by Hartley Wood & Co. of Sunderland who ceased production in 1989.

There are many bubbles, striations and manufacturing artefacts within the metal, the base is unsigned but shows wear and tear abrasions with a distinct pontil scar.

Height: 6 ¼  inches (15.5 cm) Diameter: 3 1/8 inches (8 cm) at rim, 6 ¼ inches (15.8 cm) at widest point.
